Someone hacked into my accounts, they keep changing my icloud passwords, facebook. Gmail.

I get logged out of my accounts, my passwords change all the time, i have to reset the password dizillion times a day. One time the recovery number was set to an English number and i don’t live there. If i’m subscribed to an application , it vanishes and i lose the money i paid. I find browsing history that’s not mine, messages i have not sent, apps i have not down

loaded. Etc
