Need to import photos from iPhone to clear storage, so I can reload WhatsApp.
Connect iPhone to Mac, open Photos application, click iPhone icon, only one photo is available to import when I have over 1,400 photos
reviewed issue The Delete After Import button missing from MacOS Photos,
so I unchecked the iCloud Photos Option and re-enabled My Photo Stream,

Opened Image Capture. Shows Devices '0' and Shared '1' and its window is empty (blank).
I am running Image Capture 8.0 (1106) on Mac OS Ventura 13.5 .
