Are you looking to sync these to one account? If so, you'd have to export the eMails from all but this account, then import them.

That’s a question for Google support if you mean with the gmail app on your phone.

As far as the iPhone is concerned each gmail address is a different mail account, identified by the email address. So if you have 3 gmail accounts you just add each account to the Apple Mail app.
