Apple Watch Series 7 stopped counting heart rate.

I didn't use apple watch for like a month or so and now it's not counting the heart rate. It is stuck on "93 BPM, 35 days ago"

I tried everything that is recommended here - My heart rate monitor suddenly quit worki… - Apple Community

I also factory reset, forced restart my Apple watch a few times - set as a new watch, restore from backup etc., tried with my other iphone etc., none of it worked. No warranty left either.

Any other ideas? :)

If you tried all those steps, I would suspect there might be a problem with the heart rate sensors. See the 'How Apple Watch measures your heart rate' section in:

Monitor your heart rate with Apple Watch - Apple Support

Your best option may be to make an appointment at the Genius Bar in an Apple Store near you and let them look at it. If that is not possible, use the online Apple Support option. Either way:
