Hey there Matchmo1,
Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities.
To get started, if the songs on your PC are available for download, you should see a cloud icon with a down arrow next to the songs, album, or playlist in your Apple Music library. If you don't see this icon, then it's possible that the songs may have already been downloaded automatically to your PC.
For more details, check out the article viewed before posting, the below section specifically: Add and download music from Apple Music - Apple Support
How to download music from Apple Music on your Mac or PC
1. Open the Apple Music app or iTunes.
2. Add a song, album, or playlist to your library.
3. After you add a song, album, or playlist:
* On your Mac, click the Download button next to a song or album.
* On your PC, click the Download button next to a song or album.
To check and see if you have Automatic Downloads enabled, take a look at this next resource: Change Downloads preferences in iTunes on PC - Apple Support
To change these preferences, choose Edit > Preferences, then click Downloads.
