how did money get in my Apple Card account when I didn't put any in?

I looked at my Apple Card on my phone, and there is money on it. It says Apple Cash. Where did the money come from? I didn't authorize any deposit

Apple Card MasterCard pays 1%, 2% or 3% in Daily Cash back for each purchase. I’m guessing, the funds you’re seeing in your Apple Cash account is from past purchases.

Yes. I have an Apple Card. Used it a few times, but it had a $0 balance on it. Now, it says there is a + balance. I didn't add any money to this account. Do you have an idea where it came from?
