Unable to repurchase music missing in ITunes. Music shows as purchased in iTunes Store

Instructions from apple support..,

Music shows as purchased on ITunes but you cannot download

Tap on ITunes Store

Scroll to the bottom

Sign on on iTunes account

Scroll to hidden purchases on next screen

Select music on next screen

Scroll to missing item and click download

Go to iTunes library to veryify
