AppleID & iCloud.com

I have 2 phones with different numbers and an IPad that all share the same AppleID. They all get backed up to ICloud. When I log into iCloud.com I can only see one phones information (photos, emails, notes, etc. is there a way in ICloud.com to switch between devices to see what is on each device?

You aren't seeing what is in a backup as such, you are seeing are data in iCloud which should be the same for each device since iCloud syncing tries to ensure that what is one one device is on the others too. You aren't seeing one phone's photos, you are seeing photos which should be on everything. There isn't a version for each device. There is a backup for things such as settings, etc. but you can't see the content.
