June’s Journey - how to backup app and data?

June’s Journey Game randomly crashes while collecting coins or during video ad required to play in order to progress. Only happens on iPad Air, iOS is up to date. Can play game with no issues on iPhone also iOS up to date. How do I back up this game and it’s data to iCloud?
