MacOS Ventura: There is no (i) information button next to the version number. So how do you remove this security update 13.4.1(a)?
As it says above. Following the instructions to remove the faulty security update?
MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 13.4

The article you linked from shows a different location than what I used to remove it, so I will tell you the location I used:
Go to > System Settings > General > About > MacOS. This is where I found the info button next to 13.4.1(a). When the button was pressed, it gave me the option to remove the security update.
The article did take you to the same page, but is just a different way to get there. If you no longer have the info button, Apple may have removed the option, but I have not heard of them doing that.
Thanks Mac Jim. Yeah I tried that way too, but there’s still no information button next to the MacOS version information or anywhere on that page. I guess it’s kinda mute now as Apple have released the (c) version of the update. But I’d still like to know where the (I) information button was/is.
Sorry dialabrain I was a bit unclear. I meant that the (a) update was definitely installed.
I am sure the (I) was there for some. It just wasn’t there for me. Perhaps because the fix was ready to be installed by the time I was looking for it. Shrug, i dunno.
That is the location where it was. You were looking in the right place. They may have removed the option, since they were planning on rolling out (c) today.
The info button does not appear if the 13.4.1 (a) RSR was never installed.
This seems to be the right answer. I think that because the newer update was available that the (I) option to remove it must have disappeared.
Dialabrain, it was definitely there.

I can only go by what others experienced.
