My iPhone needs iOS 14.0 to get apps from Apple store and I can’t find the update on my settings

iOS 14 is no longer available, 15.7.7 is the latest version for an iPhone 7plus. If you are really still on iOS 13, you will probably need to update with your computer.

• If you have an iPhone 5S or 6/6plus, the highest you can update to is 12.5.7

• If you have an iPhone 6S through 7, or SE 1st generation, you can update to 15.7.7

• If you have an iPhone 8 or higher, or SE 2nd or 3rd generation, you can update to 16.5.1

iPhone 7 Plus can be updated to iOS 15.7.7.

Make sure that you have a strong Wi-Fi Internet connection, the battery is at 60%+ and the phone is plugged into the power adapter.

Tap Settings > General > Software Update
