How come.....?


Because you....or someone else using the phone....changed some settings.


This sounds like someone activated Screen Time restrictions on your iPhone. That would be one reason why you can't get to your name.


Try Open Settings >Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions


Scroll down to Account Changes and set this to Allow

Because you....or someone else using the phone....changed some settings.


This sounds like someone activated Screen Time restrictions on your iPhone. That would be one reason why you can't get to your name.
