In the note app, it just creates a line without variance on width. Tried it out on Clip Studio and Sketchbook with the same result.

In the MediBang app, it doesn’t provide a line.

Had the pencil charged to 100%, same issue. iPad Pro 12.9 (2022) reseted, same issue.

What can one do to fix this issue? If fixable.

Hey there Bon_-,

We'd like to help by learning more about what's happening, along with ruling out some possible causes:

You mentioned already restarting your iPad, but have you also tried forgetting the pencil from your iPad, then pairing it a second time?
Since you have a compatible iPad model, the latest version is iPadOS 16.5. You can verify this within Settings > General > About. In case you needed it, this link shows how to first back up, then update: Update your iPhone or iPad
When did this start to occur, and have you tested pairing your pencil with a different device to see if the same issue occurs?
