My apple macbook pro 2017 13 inch is not recognised when I opt for apple trade in

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 13.0

Did you copy and paste the serial number directly... to eliminate any error

if no resolve sell it locally, most likely you will get a better price for it anyway.
