If your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes, it isn’t something that you can fix yourself. You will need to contact Apple Support. Hello Alandaperrault,

Thank you for reaching out regarding the issue you're experiencing with your disabled iTunes account. I'm here to assist you in getting your iTunes account back up and running.

If your iTunes account has been disabled due to an outstanding balance of $4 on your credit card, there are a few steps you can take to resolve this issue:

1. Update your payment method: To resolve the issue, you can try updating your payment method in your iTunes account. Go to the iTunes Store on your device or computer and sign in with your Apple ID. Then, navigate to your account settings and update your payment information with a valid credit card. Make sure the credit card you use is active and has sufficient funds to cover any charges. (If you need to change or update your Apple ID payment method - Apple Support)

2. Pay the outstanding balance: If you believe that the $4 outstanding balance is causing the account disablement, you can try making the payment to clear the balance. Follow the instructions provided in your iTunes account to make the payment and resolve the outstanding amount. Once the payment is successful, your iTunes account should be reactivated. (If a message says 'billing problem with previous purchase' or 'verification required' - Apple Support (OM))

3. Contact iTunes Support: If you're still unable to resolve the issue after updating your payment method or making the payment, I recommend contacting iTunes Support directly. They have access to your account details and can provide you with specific guidance to help resolve the issue. (iTunes - Official Apple Support)

Therefore, for immediate assistance, I recommend reaching out to iTunes Support (iTunes - Official Apple Support) or visiting the Apple support website (Official Apple Support) for further instructions.

I hope these steps help you in resolving the issue with your disabled iTunes account. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please let me know.

Best regards,

Lugab
