iPad Air 3 + Smart Keyboard (A1829): do not switching language

Hi,

If I switch language on a keyboard by Globe button the language doesn’t change. Only taping on language pane button and manual switch on a virtual keyboard can help.

Try Control Space instead of Globe key.


What languages are you talking about.


Check your settings > general > keyboard > hardware keyboard to see if Fn/Globe might be set to do something different.

  • it works as poor as Globe Key. Caps Lock works a little bit better, but also not stable: after 2-3 switchings stops working

  • English and Russian

  • checked, set to Globe. Tried different combinations - the same thing.
