I am trying to transfer Ticketmaster tickets to Apple wallet and can't figure out the process. There is no "Add to Apple wallet" in my ticketmaster virtual ticket page. Should I be starting from the wallet page instead of the Ticketmaster page?

Finally figured it out. The "add to Apple wallet" only appears if you turn your iPhone sideways.

What iPhone are you using? Do you have the font size increased larger than standard? Do you have the screen zoomed larger? Have you tried rotating your device sideways?
Are you using Safari or Chrome for a web browser?
“View” the ticket and transfer to wallet is there

Sideways view does not reveal an "Add to Wallet" option on my phone.

Ticketmaster controls adding their tickets to Apple Wallet. The tickets are stored in the Secure Element and Apple has very little to do with the adding of tickets or transferring to another Wallet.
I couldn't get "add to Apple wallet" to work on the app at all. I went to the ticketmaster website through Safari on my phone and was able to finally add my tickets to my wallet. So frustrating!
