Apple Watch 8 causing muscle spasms

Since getting an Apple Watch I have gotten muscle twitches starting at that fatty skin between my index finger and thumb. At first I felt it was just low vitamins or dehydration. I increased my potassium and water intake and it continued to get more frequent. eventually it became daily and even multiple times in a short period (at its worst, it was about 8 spasms in a 30 minute period). I went to and saw a doctor who couldn’t find anything, I also saw an acupuncturist who tried treating it to no avail. I searched the web and….

I felt I needed to post this as there was a post in 2022 with several replies:

Wrist spasms after wearing the Apple Watch - Apple Community

and when I saw this, I called in about it as the support said to report it to, well, support. But when I called, support said they have no records of it. how can you have no record of it when it’s in your community chat board???

I have now had the watch off for about 36 hours and had only 1 very quick spasm in all that time. Apple tried blaming the replacement band and screen saver. They even asked if I was wearing it “properly”, when I said yes, they asked where? I said where do I wear my wrist watch???? On my wrist, how about you?
