I have the latest Mac Book Pro 2023 M2 Max Chip. I am connected to the server with a wired connection, but I constantly experience sudden "freezing" (the spinning wheel appears) and then it shows that the server connection has been lost.
None of my colleagues experience this issue and they are using either an iMac 27-inch or an older MacBook Pro.
Does anyone know a solution to this?

My colleague and I have the same problem with brand new 16" MBPs M3 (Nov 2023, Sonoma 14.1). There was no problem with 27" iMacs(2019, Monterey/Ventura) or old Mac Pro. Did you manage to find a solution or the source of the problem? Thanks.
Reach out to your IT support and ask them to investigate.
Are any other network based services IE: printing, email, internet etc affected? Have you changed the Ethernet cable or tried another port?
Is your Mac working normally or has it had other issues for a while?
