Storage icould subscription

I bought a subscription to solve storage problem.. 2T for $9.99 a month. Storage still shown full and issue is not resolved. No solution!! Should I cancel subscription???

Device storage and iCloud+ storage are two separate things. Certain features of iCloud, such as iCloud Photos, can help with device storage space, due to the content being stored in iCloud instead of locally on the device. The following articles should be able to further assist:
