music not working on MacBook Pro

Apple Music isn't working on my MacBook Pro. We have the family sharing plan. I keep receiving an error that says "something went wrong try again later". Has anybody else had this problem

What causes the "Something went wrong" error on Apple Music? When using apple music on both of my Macbooks, when i try to search a song, artist or profile - i constantly get the "Something went wrong. Please try again later." error. I have signed out & back in on both devices, restarted the app and both devices. From my knowledge I don't have 2 Apple ID's, and both devices are signed in using the same ID. I cannot play music on Apple Music Hello! I recently bought family subscription for Apple Music, however I am not able to play songs. I can play songs from Radio just fine, but not the music I search for. It throws an error saying "Cannot Connect". Same is also the case on my 2021 M1 Pro MacBook Pro.

Apple Music: "Something went wrong. Please try again later." When I run Apple Music on my Mac, my "Music Library" works fine. But "Apple Music/Listen Now" always gives me the error message "Something went wrong. Please try again later." I am able to access both sets of music on my iPads and iPhones - this is just a problem on the Mac. I have two Apple IDs - my original ID that I still use for purchases, and my main ID for logging in. I have a Music Match subscription from my purchases ID, and I have a Family Plan for Apple Music on my main ID. I have also added my purchasing ID as a family member to my main ID (using Family Sharing). In my system settings on the Mac, under "Apple ID/Media & and Purchases" I see both Apple IDs listed. I'm running Mac OS 13.1 (22C65) and I've applied all my updates. Any idea why it won't let me access "Listen Now" on my Mac?

Try holding down option+cmd as you launch Music. This may sometimes fix odd issues with the library.
