In the past few days (April 5-12 or so 2023) I have not been able to login into my icloud account using either Edge or Firefox browsers. I can login using a "Avast" browser but I do not like that one. My wife also added Chrome to the list. Any clues as to what has happened ?

Check on an Apple device Settings > Your Name > iCloud and make sure “Access iCloud Data on the Web” is on.

pw manager tool. Is this "Apple device settings" where ? I know where it is on my iPhone, but on my PC ? I can logon to my apple account but not icloud.
