Always flickering once in login screen (ProMotion activated, Ventura 13.3)

When booting into the login screen of my Macbook Pro M1 16 inch 2021 (Ventura 13.3), the screen always flashes once, it only flashes at startup, I think it's due to the reescalation of "Promotion" feature to 16", please Apple engineers, release as soon as possible update 13.3.1 to solve this, this flickering is very ugly...

screen flicker on ventura after i installed the ventura update on my macbook pro m1 2021 the screen flicker in the start up after i tybe my password and flicker one more time in desktop, i ran apple self diagnose and it said the machine is fine and there is no problem detected, im on the last version of macOS so how to fix it ? PS, i turned off true tone and checked if gpu switching is turned on but its turned off

Mac Screen Flickering Bottom Hello, My 2020 MacBook with M1 chip has randomly started flickering with horizontal lines on the bottom 1/3 of the screen. Since in started flickering I have installed MacOs Sonama 14.1 and the problem persists. I have also tried shutting down, and restarted the computer. Is there any way I can fix this? Thank You

Updated to 13.3.1 and the issue is not solved. This laptop is very powerfull and expensive, correcting these details is what makes the difference with other operating systems, please Apple engineers correct this as soon as possible.
