Apple doesn't get involved in lost or stolen devices and we are all users here on this user to user only forum.
This link tells what options you have if your Apple Watch is lost or stolen. Note that in order to track a lost or stolen device the following must true:
- Find My must have been enabled before the device went missing
- The device must be connected to a network
- The device must be powered on
If any of the above are NOT true, you can't track it.
