I have a personal Apple ID and a work Apple ID. Is it possible to share specific content I work on at home under my personal ID with my work ID without AirDropping?

How easy is it to swap between personal and work id’s? If I am logged in to my work ID at home, will all of the work I do still be available on my work devices?
