Unable to check for updates. Make sure you are connected to the internet
Hello everyone,
I hope you all good and healthy. We are having an issue and would like to solve this problem as soon as possible.
We can not update any application or Mac OS software of our Mac devices with our business network. We do not have any problem with all windows model computers and works very well. I guess our Mac devices can not reach to apple servers that's why can not received packages/catalogs or updates.
Would you please help us if someone having this issue so far ?
- I ve tried with MacOs Monterey and Ventura os and having this issue on both software.
- I ve tried to download and update apps with a new MacBook devices but same problem.
