How to update my iPhone 6

If you are asking is there anything you can do to your iPhone to accept a version of iOS greater than v12, then the answer is no. BTW, lafeef is correct that the latest is 12.5.7, not 12.5.6. (Thx! @lafeef for catching that.)

An iPhone 6 model, cannot be upgraded past iOS 12.5.6. If you need to run apps that require a newer version of iOS, you will need to get a newer iPhone model.
