Disc not connected stable

when I connect my sd card, it is accessible in the beginning but later in few seconds it is getting ejected automatically, also saying that "eject untitled before disconnecting or turning it off"

Fixing flash drive that won't mount I have a 128 gig flash drive that suddenly self-ejected and then would not mount and did not appear in Disk Utility. I read more than 20 articles on how to fix the problem and none of them mentioned the fix I discovered. All the articles go through similar checklists, and most say if none of the above work, find a professional recovery service. One article suggested opening the enclosure and provided tips for repairing broken solder joints. So I opened the enclosure (just had to remove 2 tiny screws) and much to my pleasant surprise, discovered that it had a micro XD card. So I simply removed the card and put it into a card reader, and bingo, problem solved! Odd that none of the articles mentioned this, so maybe this is not a common setup for flash drives. But if you are having the same issue, definitely open up your drive to see if you have a micro XD card inside before throwing it away!

Try a different SDcard and compare your results...
