Hello, I'm added to a iCloud Calendar and I want to add this calendar to my Android phone (and preferably also to the Outlook app on PC). Because it's not a calendar I created, I don't have the option to share if I click on the icon behind the calendar. It only shows the people that are in the calendar.

Shared iCloud calendars can only be shared by the owner. You can find more information here: Ways to share a calendar on iCloud.com - Apple Support
Only the calendar’s owner can make changes to a public calendar.
For private calendars, you can assign two types of access privileges to the people you invite:
View & Edit: The invitee can create, edit, and delete events, and track invitation responses.
Only one person can edit a shared calendar at a time.
View Only: The invitee can only change their own view settings.
Note: Only a calendar’s owner can share it.
