SOLVED: But keeping here in case someone needs it. I recently purchased an iPhone 13, why can’t I activate my 3 free months of Apple Arcade?

Once again, self resolved. I saw that I was eligible for 3 free months of Apple Arcade via my email. But when I go to activate the trial, it only shows an option for a 1 month trial. I also have never used an Apple Arcade trial or purchased a subscription, however I am currently using an Apple Music 3 month trial, if any of that information helps. Any help or ideas as to why this is happening?

Self resolved: I couldn’t activate because the Apple ID I use for purchases is different from the main Apple ID I use to sign in. All I had to do was sign in to the other one. I will leave this post here in case anyone else has the same situation as me. Cheers!
