ImageCaptureService.app

I have tried transfer my pictures from my iPhone 11ProMax to my new Imac for more than a year without success.

Today I tried to import a photo to my iMac and the machine says ImageCaptureService.app is damaged and cannot bre opened.

Is there any fix for this?

Can this be the reason why the picture transfer doesn't work?

I do not use iCloud, photo transfer works from other similar iPhones to this computer, all devices are updated and works fine.
