How to make an Apple Music profile ?

I want to know how to make a profile in Apple Music? Do I have to do it through iTunes? If so, I only have an iPad and iPhone. Please let me know how to do it? Thanks so much for your help and time!!

"Create a profile

Open the Apple Music app.
Tap Listen Now.
In the upper-right corner of the Listen Now screen:

On your iPhone or iPad, tap the photo icon .
On your Android device, tap the More button , then tap Account.

Tap Set up Profile.
Follow the onscreen prompts to create a user name, find and follow friends, share playlists, and more.
Tap Done."
