I turned on iCloud sync for notes on my iPad when I realized it wasn't on. All of my iPhone notes showed up on my iPad, but my iPad notes DISAPPEARED. They are GONE. HELP!

This happen to me 5 minutes ago and its my class notes that disappear and I have nothing to study for the coming up exams in 3 days. I have no any other backup too. Please does anyone know how to recover them? All I wanted to create a back up of my notes in iPad in my iPhone. This is just absurd.

No of course it didn‘t. How about reading the question/ problem before trying to answer it completely wrong.
If the note disappeared and is not in deleted folder, where could it be? It disappeared as I was adding to the note.
Do I have to restart my entire iPad?
Is there a way to escalate this to Apple or via their help desk to fix this? This is unacceptable. Turned on iCloud on my iPad that I wrote hundreds of note. And without warning they all disappeared.

Just had this happen. Contacted support, notes just are showing, but you can search for the file names and they will come up.
