Apple Music Family Plan Tesla Integration

I have successfully integrated the Apple Music app in the December 2022 software release for my Tesla. I have a family plan with Apple Music allowing each family member to have their own login and music special areas. Unfortunately, there is no way to switch between family members on the Tesla. I have to sign out and then sign back in with the entire Q code and using the phone to switch from one person to another, very inconvenient and not easy to do. Has anyone determined how a family plan member can switch from one family member to another on Apple Music on a Tesla with this December 2022 integration?

The iTunes account is linked to the driver profile. My wife’s profile is linked to her account. My profile is linked to mine. Then we have a “Mom driving kid” and “Dad driving kid” profiles that are our seat and mirror settings with the kid’s iTunes account. It is great! No more Kidz Bop in my recent stream!!

I just set these up in both cars. When you switch profiles that profile will act like it has never been logged in to iTunes. Scan with the other person’s account and go.

Thanks so much. I will try that between our two driver profiles on the same car. It makes so much sense, if I knew that the Apple Music preferences were linked to the driver profile. I appreciate you passing on your experience to help me!
