Photo info on flash drive

I moved photos out of Photos onto a flash drive. Now I don’t see the titles I used in Photos. Any way to have the titles on the flash drive version?

Use the File -> Export command

In the resulting dialogue you can choose to export the images using the title as a filename, among other options:
