Asking iTunes for a refund

Hello,

My name is Renis Isufi and I would like to ask for a refund about a purchase that has happened yesterday from my visa card not in my knowledge. I live in Albania and someone else from America did this purchase and I would like to get my money back because I didn't buy anything.

The attachment is the message I got from my Bank yesterday.

I would be happy if I find a solution to this problem.

Thank you and have a great day!

Contact your bank, they can find out who (name, address & account number) has collected the amount from your bank account, and when.

Depending on your bank, they can collect the amount back within 30 days.

Ask the bank to block your card, and ask a new one.

Also report to the police.

👉 Never post your personal information, such as your visa card number.
