Apple Home app no longer working correctly.

since the latest Ventura update The Home App no longer functions correctly. What is the most effective way of resetting the hubs (I have two apple TV’s and two HomePod minis acting as hubs. All devices are not responding and I have already reset both my router and Wi-Fi setting which both seem to be functioning correctly. Any assistance greatly received.

"You should only reset HomePod when:

  • You want to reset HomePod to factory settings.
  • You need to send your HomePod in for service.
  • You want to sell or give away your HomePod."


If you've also attempted a normal restart of all your associated devices ensure iCloud Keychain is enabled on them as well: Set up iCloud Keychain


Check your accessories: Add an accessory to the Home app


If the issue continues, reach out to Apple Support directly to further assist.
