my built in camera not working and according to the system report the camera device isn't connected

hello, unfortunately my built in camera suddenly stope working. according to your page support I update the software to Monterey but it still not working. in the list of the tools on my notebook is says that I don't have camera device connected. help me please

If the physical hardware of the camera is not shown in the Apple System Profiler, then the laptop has some sort of hardware issue which will need to be repaired. Have Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider examine the laptop to provide you with a repair estimate.
