Every time I want to download or update an app, I physically can’t due to not having access to my old phone. This 2fA is screwing me up, what do I do here? I’m not able to just get rid of this phone.

You can also get one from an Account Recovery Contact. Failing that you can ask for account recovery.

So I don’t have access to the 2fa number on my phone, I can’t update any of my apps. What now?
