I am considering purchasing an ipad. I was curious. Are you able to edit song info/meta tags for a song/album in Apple Music using iPadOS? I know you can on macOS but cannot on iOS. Thanks.

You cannot edit any of the song/album info like you can on a Mac.

It has always been this way for a very, very long time.
I don't see Apple ever changing this behaviour, in the iOS/iPadOS Music app, any time soon.
