AirPods Pro 4E71 Firmware Issue

After the latest Firmware update the Airpods are unusable, and i'm not talking about the cracking and hissing issues. The whole sound is off the bass level is off everything is off and no it is not an hardware issue.


Before the update there was no huge issues with the sound. We need a way to downgrade or disable auto updates because it feels like Apple is forcing me again to upgrade a tech piece that still works.
