The quickest and simplest thing to try when FCP isn't behaving properly is to delete its preferences. Hold option and command while launching FCP and choose Delete Preferences... It will open the default Untitled library. Re-open the library you were working on, set the prefs back to the way you like, then see if the problem is resolved.
You have Clean My Mac installed which many here consider to be malware for the ProApps. It's possible that it's damaged FCP or worse, it's damaged your system. You can try uninstalling it, then trashing FCP and reinstalling a fresh copy to see if there's any improvement.
Are you running FCP Trial or FCP?
I see you have Chrome installed, but don't see the keystone daemons and agents listed, which is good because they are known causes of problems with the ProApps. Interesting because in all the Etrecheck reports I've seen with Chrome, the keystone culprits are always listed. For more info and how to completely remove Chrome, see https://chromeisbad.com

Please post an EtreCheck report https://etrecheck.com giving the application Full Disk Access in Privacy System Preferences. Copy the report and use the Add Text button to paste the result into reply box.
And you have Chrome and its keystone daemons...
See https://chromeisbad.com for an explanation of how they hurt video applications on your mac, and how to delete them.
After that, it is necessary to delete FCP and download a new copy.
i see, thank you
You have disabled system security, and you have installed that creepy "cleanmymac" thing that is tantamount to malware.
Do please immediately uninstall this thing.
