App repeatedly asks me to sign up

I recently purchased the monthly package. Saw episode one, but when I try and watch episode 2 it asks me for payment. Very annoying. So o decided to buy the annual plan, but it’s still asking me to pay. What do I do. Very annoying.

Crunchyroll subscription I bought a Crunchyroll one-year subscription, in the app it says that, but when I open my subscriptions on the apple store there is nothing about it. Is it some kind of a bug or what should I do? There is also this email, i dont really understand it, i already updated my payment method and it still doesnt work properly.
