Need to download from mi ICloud but don’t know how

Yours is a big question ... we don't know what files you want to download.

Everything you have iCloud turned on for on your iPhone is synced between both.

(Eg: To delete from one, and is to delete from other.)

To "download" to another device using your Apple ID, you would turn on / sync / those files".
