Each subscription will have been started by a user of an Apple ID account. That is the only way.

Free trials may (will 99% of the time) transition into a paid subscription after the trial period, unless canceled in time.

See your subscription overview - Apple. Check that you still want the active subscriptions listed. Else cancel the unwanted ones. If you think that you qualify for a refund, then you may request that.

If you do not find the unwanted subscription listed in the overview, then question the legitimacy of the message that made you ask here.
