My IPhone is stolen , i have 200G file and image on my phone and my ICloud is 5G only , someone told me if i run my apple ID on a new one , most data will be recovered on my now IPhone , is it right ?

Serial Number of my IPhone was 35****436

Model: Iphone 13 pro max 256 G

new IPhone will be 8 plus

Not sure what you mean but your data is only as safe as your backup. As you indicated, the files on your device were larger than your iCloud storage plan. That means nothing likely synced to the cloud or was backed up there.

There is no way to recover data from a lost/stolen device.

No. You can recover any data that you sync to iCloud or restore from your backup. There is no way of recovering files that were lost on the other device remotely.

It means there isn’t more service from apple for robbed phones ? How they told me i can do it before 14 days !
