Can i add two e sim but use only one and other as nano in actual 3 sims

can I have 2 Esim and 1 nano sim in my phone but use only two sim at a time and off the other 1

iPhone 13, iOS 16

You can have that many or more but only 2 active at a time. Also see the "Manage cellular settings" section of Using Dual SIM with an eSIM - Apple Support
