Can I have 3 eSIMs and one physical SIM in my iphone 13. I already have 2 eSIMs and one physical SIM. Thanks.

At any given time you can only use two SIMs (eSIM + SIM or 2 eSIMS).
You can install eight or more eSIMs on an iPhone and use two phone numbers at the same time.
