My wife and I share a single Apple ID. How do we label our individual shared locations?

How do I label the location of my wife’s phone as her location and the location of my phone as my location?

You can't. Apple IDs are intended to be used by one person. In order to differentiate her location from yours, you need to have separate Apple IDs.
