Someone stole my watch. Can I get a replacement with the Apple Care coverage?

No, there is no loss/theft coverage in Apple Care for your Watch.

You can check your Apple Care Coverage to see what is covered in the link below. The page asks for the serial number. You should be able to find that on your iPhone by opening the Watch app then selecting About > General. Good luck.
